Guarantee

All items purchased on BezelsforWatches.com are GUARANTEED to be exactly as described or we will refund your full purchase price.

Returns

If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it in it's original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded.

  • Shipping and insurance costs for returned items will not be refunded.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for any item returned after 15 days.
  • Altered, damaged or used items will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

BezelsforWatches may require credit card verification from the card-issuer/holder prior to dispatch of any goods.

BezelsforWatches is not responsible for typographical errors and may decline an order if a product is incorrectly priced.

Warranty

BezelsforWatches.com offers a 6-month, in-house warranty on all diamond jewelry purchased from us. Items in need of repair beyond the warranty period will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, customer satisfaction is priority and we will strive to keep you satisfied.
